Burnout can act like a sneaky hidden turn on the road of life that high-achievers must watch out for.  I have been there more than once. Unfortunately, we often miss it because of our "I can do everything myself" mindset. Since we are so passionate about what we do, we tend to overlook the fact that we're working really long hours, taking on super heavy workloads, and putting immense pressure on ourselves to succeed at whatever we do —all of which make us vulnerable to burnout.
