What you are going to learn

A few more words about this course

Brains with ADHD have lower levels of dopamine than non-ADHD brains. As a result, the humans to which those brains belong may not help them with motivation and inspiration to get things done - especially the things that seem boring or tedious.

This is where a Dopamine Menu provides healthy choices, designed for you, by you, to eliminate decision fatigue and decrease mental bandwidth when your brain needs a BOOST.

    You will:

    • Identify activities that bring you joy
    • Categorize them by time commitment
    • Create a varied menu, based on your interests
    • Keep your menu somewhere easy to see
    • Transform your productivity and confidence!
